On 27 August, we uttered a word which made people gasp – Christmas …. in August!?! We offered our readers the opportunity to win a family history binder package (value £500) for free. Some people thought we had gone mad, but no! We expected a few handfuls of entries but never would we have imagined how many entries our competition would attract, from various corners of the globe. Now sadly, not everyone can win (of course).
