Life as an Air Canada traveller

What should have been so simple was made quite challenging earlier today when the nose wheel steering failed on my flight between Toronto and Ottawa….. hmmm…. great idea to change planes but not so good to have to cope with the delayed take-off with a lecture schedule to deliver at 2pm in Ottawa. So, apologies folks for a later blog (not this one but the one which you can hold your breath for in a few hours time).
