Thank you for completing our contact form to ask for more information about our services. We are delighted that you like the look and feel of our website enough to get in touch. The quote you have requested will be difficult to put together though, as you have simply asked us if we are able to look at some (number unspecified) records in a particular area with no further detail. Perhaps you would be good enough to provide us with a clearer indication of what you are looking for? This could be a conversation for a few emails but, the more information you can pass on, the easier it is to present you with a realistic quote for the work you would like us to undertake on your behalf.
We do not need chapter and verse of every failure you have had to date and how you are asking us to climb a mountain that every other researcher has failed to climb. That may well be the case but it won’t make much of a difference to us! We certainly do want to know what has already been attempted so that we are not charging you for work already completed, or certificates/documents you already hold but we are not going to be deterred by the failure of others. We have a 100% crack rate and nothing will break that.
However, you do need to know something. There aren’t any shortcuts in research work. We cannot magic up the answers you want and we cannot make the research cogs turn quicker. It takes time and you know the saying…. “Good things come to those who wait“? Well, it’s true. Certificates in England and Wales take seven working days to be produced and posted out. Frequently, we need to order and receive these so as to confirm the next step back in history. Try working with European countries and you could be waiting months and months. We understand that this may seem out of the ordinary to you but sadly, it’s often quite the norm. In fact, we cannot get anything out of Italians for the whole of August!
So, maybe now you understand a little more? Please do ask us questions. We’ll be only too happy to help, but don’t ask us to cut corners or do things quicker than is physically possible. We won’t do that. It’s against our company values.
