Ethan, our marketing apprentice, has become an integral part of the team, bringing creativity, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for learning into everything he does. From supporting digital campaigns to contributing new ideas across projects, Ethan has made a meaningful impact during his time with us. At the Pro Apprenticeships Awards 2026, he was awarded highly commended for Marketing Apprentice of the Year, placing second among an exceptionally strong group of finalists. He was also recognised as a finalist in Marketing Campaign of the Year.
Reflecting on the experience, Ethan shared how rewarding it felt to see his hard work recognised alongside such strong competition.

And in that moment, it felt like the perfect reflection of what apprenticeships truly represent. Ethan has definitely represented all of this throughout his apprenticeship.
