Complaints procedure
We are committed to providing a high standard of service. However, if you are unhappy with the service you have received, you have the right to make a formal complaint.
You may wish to complain, for example, if:
- you received a poor standard of service, or
- the service you received did not meet your expectations
We take all complaints seriously and will handle your complaint fairly, promptly, and confidentially.
Stage 1: Making a Complaint
Complaints should be submitted in writing to our Complaints department:complaints@family-wise.co.uk
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and confirm the name of the person reviewing your case.
- We will provide a full written response within 14 days working days of receiving your complaint.
- If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will contact you to explain why and provide a revised date.
Stage 2: Appeals
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of Stage 1, you may appeal the decision within 10 working days of receiving our response. Appeals should be made in writing to the same email address and will be passed to the management team
- We will acknowledge your appeal within 3 working days.
- We will provide a final written outcome within 20 working days.
The decision issued at Stage 2 represents the final stage of our internal complaints process.
